Attorney Nathan Carter focuses his practice on personal injury litigation, property damage claims, estate planning, and special needs trusts. Having grown up in Lancaster County, Nathan has strong ties to our community. He graduated from Hempfield High School in 1996 and later received his Master of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska – College of Law. Immediately following law school, he clerked for the Honorable Rick Williams of the Mifflin County Court of Common Pleas.
Nathan currently lives outside of Mount Joy with his two sons and his extremely social cat, Flokie. He plays drums in a local band, enjoys cooking, making wine, playing guitar, and spending time with family and friends.
